According to the latest report, the next iPhone will have a 3.2-megapixel camera. OmniVision has just secured the CMOS image sensor orders from Apple and OmniVision is said to be making another 5.0-megapixel camera module for another Apple’s product, while that is not sure to be a higher end iPhone or other product.

Yahoo! has released their messenger application for the iPhone and iPod Touch via app store. Beside text chatting, it also allows you to share pictures with your friends. If you leave the app for some reason, for example like incoming call or clicking the link in an IM that takes you to Safari, the Yahoo! Messenger for iPhone app will keep you signed in but your status will switch to idle. With that, you can continue receive messages and provided you return to the app within ten minutes, pick up where you left off. Video after the break.

It looks like the next iPhone is capable of recording video. There’s a toggle to switch between still camera and recording.

Inside the configuration files where the screen was discovered were mentions of an “auto-focus camera,” “magnetometer” (digital compass), and “Voice Control.”

SA1F00, the new mini-PC from Kohjisha Company Japan, this ultra-portable Windows XP device comes with a 7 7-key keyboard, AMD’s 500MHz Geode LX800 CPU, a 7-inch 800×480 touch-sensitive display, up to 1GB of memory and 80GB of storage, 802.11b/g WiFi, Bluetooth 2.0+EDR, 3-in-1 memory card and CF card slots, and respectable 5-hour battery with a 2.2-hour full recharge or 1.5-hours for 85%. It measures 218 x 163 x 25.4-mm and weighs 960-grams.

Here’s the Tango Wings UMPC powered by VIA C7-M770 processor. It comes with a 6.5” WVGA display, 30GB hard drive, WiFi connectivity, 768MB of RAM, Bluetooth 2.0 connectivity, integrated speakers, a webcam, FireWire, VGA, Ethernet, three USB 2.0 ports, audio out, a microphone jack, and an SD/MMC memory card slot. It measures 190mm × 120.8mm × 28.3mm and weighs only 720g. No words on pricing and availability.

Fujitsu has released the new UMPC called the U810 (or U1010). It is powered by Intel A110 processor and comes with a LCD screen with 1024×600 resolution, Intel TBD video graphics, 945GU Express chipset, 1GB DDR2 RAM, 1.8-inch 4200rpm hard drive, a/b/g wireless, Bluetooth, fingerprint reader, QWERTY keyboard, webcam, and running on Windows Vista operating system. The Fujitsu U810 UMPC will be available this coming September for $1000.
